The Center of expertise "INDEX" has been incorporated in 1995.
The full name of the Company in English: "The centre of judicial and private expertises "INDEX"". Herewith the English word "INDEX" represents an abbreviation comprising of first parts of two English words:
Independent – "ind"
Experts – "ex" which is translated into Russian as "Independent experts" ("Независимые эксперты")
The initial specialization of the company was investigation of insured events, determination of breakdowns reasons and assessment of damage.
Hereafter continuing cooperation with almost all leading insurance companies in the field of breakdown expertise, the center of expertise proceeded to render services Iin the sphere of construction expertise, assessment and drafting of estimate documentation.
The electric expertise has begun to develop especially actively. Having in its structure several testing electric laboratories, we have commenced to render services with regard to projecting electric power supply systems and performance of electric installation works.

The company constantly elaborates and improves expertise methodology. Many employees of the company are published in central press and special literature.
Employees of the company constantly seek to improve their professional level. Nowadays the company possesses more than 135 employees, 6 Doctors of Science and PhD in Economic, four employees of the company are candidates for a degree.
