Inspection of a technical condition building designs is the independent direction of building activity covering a complex of questions, the normal working conditions connected with creation and abilities to live of people, maintenance of durability and operational reliability of buildings and constructions, with carrying out of a damage control, and also with working out of the design documentation on their reconstruction.

The volume of spent inspections of buildings and constructions increases every year that is a consequence of some factors: physical and their moral deterioration, reequipment and reconstruction of industrial buildings of the industrial enterprises, reconstruction of low old building, change of patterns of ownership and sharp rise in prices for the real estate.

Carrying out of inspection after any technogenic and natural influences (fires, failures while in service, explosions, hurricanes, earthquakes etc.) is especially important

Overall aim of inspection of a technical condition of building designs is revealing of degree of physical deterioration, the reasons causing their condition, actual working capacity of designs and working out of actions for maintenance of their operational qualities.

We carry out technical inspections of buildings and constructions of different function from apartments to factories, from preliminary visual inspection of a cottage before purchase before detailed tool inspection of monuments historical and a cultural heritage.

At performance of works on inspection of a building we apply the newest devices and tools, modern settlement complexes and programs which allow us to estimate precisely a real technical condition of a surveyed building (construction), to define degree of its physical deterioration and a residual reserve of bearing ability, to make recommendations about maintenance of the further safe operation or to establish the reasons of failures (collapses).

As a result of the carried technical investigation you receive our report at which is present strictly according to the technical project:

The expert judgement with a short conclusion by results of the carried engineering investigation, in a conclusion is usually estimated possibility of operation of a building in a current condition, possibility of increase in loading or change of the settlement scheme after reconstruction or re-planning;

The short description of an existing building, its space-planning and constructive decisions;

Photofixing of the defects which have been found out during inspection (usually what can affect the further operation of a building, that is essential);

Results of technical inspection of separate designs (walls, the bases, a roof) with the detailed description of designs, defects, recommendations about the further operation or design strengthening (all according to effective standards);

The developed conclusion with recommendations about strengthening of separate designs and the further operation of all building (premise), and also look-ahead characteristics of designs of a building and their further use after reconstruction, re-planning or strengthening;

Results of laboratory researches (if necessary);

Graphic part with drawings, including tonnage drawings (if necessary);

Settlement part with testing calculations of separate designs (if necessary);

Appendices with our licences and educational documents;

The appendices given by the customer (plans BTI, project materials, etc.).

All registration is made on the computer, the text in format Word, a drawing in format AutoCAD that can be convenient for designers (they can plant object directly on our basis). One copy of the report forever remains in our archive.
