Technical inspection

Rendering services in technical supervision us:

• We achieve from the Contractor of strict observance of requirements BN&R, design decisions, observance of financial discipline and performance of terms of work. Thus the Customer receives from us the authentic and full information on a state of affairs on object

• We carry out the rigid control over observance of technology and quality of performance of all civil and erection works and their conformity of the confirmed design-budget documentation, over exact observance of building norms, rules and performance and acceptance specifications, assembly, finishing and special works, and also features of the works which are carried out during the winter period.

• We supervise performance of the schedule of civil and erection works confirmed by the customer and terms of delivery to object of materials and the equipment.

• We take part together with the design organization in consideration of offers of the contractor on improvement of quality, depreciation and reduction of terms of carried out works.

• We check presence of passports, results of laboratory analyses and tests of materials, details and the designs applied at building of object.

• We take part in registration of certificates on the claim for a presentation of claims to suppliers of substandard building materials, products, designs and the equipment, not meeting the requirements project and standard documentation.

• We take part in survey and registration by certificates of the latent and special works, without supposing performance of a following kind of works before signing of certificates.

• We supervise timeliness and correctness of conducting special magazines of works, and also timeliness of fixing of changes on the complete set of the working drawings brought in the course of building, to fix results of technical supervision in magazine of works.

• We inform the customer on deviations from the project, defects and infringements at carrying out of civil and erection works, and also the concrete requirements directed on elimination of revealed infringements.

• We watch timely performance of all requirements and instructions technical and architectural supervision, and also workers of Inspection of the State architecturally-building supervision of Moscow and other representatives of bodies of the State supervision

• We take part and supervise correctness of carrying out by contract organizations of tests of the established equipment.

• We assist in reception of all documentation made in the course of building.

We render services in technical supervision as at building of large industrial or administrative objects, and at building and repair of private cottages.
