The bureau of Independent expert appraisals "Index" is created in 1995. Investigation of insurance events, definition of the reasons of failures and an estimation of the sizes of a damage was initial specialisation of the company.

Further, continuing cooperation practically with all leading insurance companies in the field of emergency examination, the Bureau began to specialise on rendering of services in the field of building examination, an estimation and drawing up of the budget documentation.

Special development has received a direction of electrotechnical examination. Having in the structure some test electrotechnical laboratories, we began to render services in designing of systems of an electrical supply and performance of electroinstallation works.

In each of our specialisations we have achieved considerable results:
